Job Description
Business Banking Virtual Relationship Manager managing client portfolios and promoting financial products. Engaging partners to mitigate client run off and enhance sales relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manages a portfolio of clients within the entry end of the Business Banking segment
- Effectively manages the client relationship by selling and promoting financial products and services
- Provides pertinent financial information to clients
- Identifies and refers cross-marketing opportunities
- Proactively calls on assigned clients to address service or business-related needs
- Completes lending responsibilities including assessing credit lines and renewing loans
- Manages all administrative tasks associated with client portfolio
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable or skill transferrable role
- Strong customer service & selling skills required
- A minimum of 1 year experience in extensive financial services experience, in business/commercial banking
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment
- Small Business lending experience required
