Job Description
Business Developer expanding IXON's presence in Sweden's market. Focused on B2B business development with machine builders and driving relationship-building efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities with machine builders in Sweden;
- Executing the full sales cycle: from prospecting and first contact to closing deals;
- Building a strong network of prospects and industry connections;
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Support, and Solution Engineers to deliver the best customer experience;
- Providing market insights and feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market strategy in Sweden.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role (B2B)
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow, with a hands-on mentality
- Affinity with industrial automation, cloud solutions or mechanical engineering is a big plus
- You are based in Sweden (preferably in the region: Västra Götaland, Halland or Jönköping/Småland) and willing to travel within the region by car.
