Job Description
Business Development Representative for Marktlink facilitating conversations with entrepreneurs for business growth. Engaging and strategizing for sales funnel and future planning.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate telephone contact with entrepreneurs and engage them in meaningful conversations about business growth and preparing their business for sale
- Recruit entrepreneurs to participate in masterclasses and other business events to build and nurture the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to contribute strategic ideas for the international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready
- Support entrepreneurs in planning their future and provide guidance during the final phase of their ownership
- Commit to continuous improvement and personal development, and maintain accurate records of conversations
- Demonstrate initiative, take full ownership of your work, and hold yourself accountable for your success
Requirements:
- Energized by conversations and experienced in prospecting and telephone acquisition
- Proven track record working with entrepreneurs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with business owners
- Fluent in the local market language and possess strong professional experience in the country
- Available to work 3–5 days per week
- Open to working from a local Marktlink office or remotely from a country where we operate
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
