Responsibilities:
- Generate opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting
- Collaborate directly with sales and marketing teams to create opportunities with potential clients
- Demonstrate and leverage strong sales and influence skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 2 years of experience in similar roles, including prospecting in the EMEA market
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience in SaaS companies, especially with an HR focus
- English (Advanced) Spanish is a plus
