Job Description
Sales Director in B2B SaaS overseeing sales strategy and team building in the DACH market. Engaging with stakeholders and utilizing AI for efficient sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing our B2B SaaS sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets (your strategy, built your way)
- Identifying new market opportunities and establishing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Building and mentoring the sales team
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to align go-to-market strategies and create a seamless commercial engine
- Working closely with Customer Success to protect retention, unlock upsell opportunities, and turn happy clients into referrals
- Owning the data (pipeline, forecasts, sales metrics) so revenue growth is predictable
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Leveraging AI and automation to move faster, sell smarter, and build a sales function that scales efficiently
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with real revenue numbers to show for it - quotas hit, deals closed, growth driven
- 2+ years building or leading a sales team
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and the metrics that actually matter
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Genuine curiosity about AI and automation - as tools that make you faster, and as a market you understand
- Fluent in German and English; DACH market experience is a strong plus
