Job Description
Senior Business Developer at Richmond, focusing on premium product development in the On-trade channel. Requires strong negotiation and presentation skills with a minimum of 3 years on-trade experience.
Responsibilities:
- Actively market & promote Richmond’s portfolio within the licensed trade.
- Build strong direct & indirect route to market business.
- Achievement of value and volume targets.
- Execute promotions & visibility within the trade.
- Be aware and report on competitor and industry updates.
- Deliver high standards of credit management across customer base.
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Must maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline.
- Adhere to performance appraisal procedures.
- Build and maintain key relationships with On-Trade Sales Manager, Head of On-Trade, Telesales team and the brand & marketing teams.
- Have a Strong teamwork focus, ensure full liaison with other team members and departments.
- Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean driver’s licence.
- Previous On Trade experience essential, min 3 years.
- Excellent relationship building, a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A good level of commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
