Job Description

Business Developer driving business growth for Traders Trust in trading services. Build regional networks while maximizing commission-based income with remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Activate and monetize your existing regional network
  • Recruit and onboard: Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Trading academies, signal providers, and communities
  • Drive new funded clients
  • Grow net new deposits (NNM)
  • Act as a local business ambassador for Traders Trust
  • Operate independently with full ownership of your results

Requirements:

  • Active network of IBs, Affiliates, traders, educators, or communities
  • Strong regional knowledge and local connections
  • Ability to generate business independently
  • Highly self-driven, self-motivated and results-orientated
  • Motivated by high commissions rather than a fixed salary
  • Ability to work effectively under performance pressure
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates long-term thinking, focusing on building recurring revenue rather than short-term monthly compensation
