Job Description
Independent consultant promoting premium personal and leadership development programs. Building client relationships and a performance-based self-employment business remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell premium, high-ticket personal and leadership development programs
- Connect with and build relationships with prospective clients
- Understand prospects' goals and present relevant programs
- Answer questions and support qualified prospects through the enrollment process
- Follow up with qualified prospects and manage professional relationships
- Utilize digital and social media platforms professionally
- Follow established systems and processes
- Manage independent business activities
- Continue developing sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Use digital communication, marketing resources, training, and established systems to develop and manage an independent business
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communicators and relationship builders
- Comfortable discussing and selling premium programs
- Open to learning sales, marketing, and business development
- Interested in personal growth and leadership
- Comfortable using digital platforms and online communication
- Willing to invest time, effort, and resources into developing their business
- Ready to move beyond the traditional 9-to-5 career structure
- Experience in sales, leadership, management, consulting, coaching, marketing, education, customer relations, entrepreneurship, or professional services is helpful, but not required
- This is an independent contractor/self-employment role
- Individuals are responsible for their own business expenses and results
