Job Description
Sales/Relationship Representative for HiveHealth managing a robust sales pipeline and developing client relationships. Remote contract position requiring autonomy and results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline to consistently drive opportunities forward for both HiveSMART & HiveHEALTH offerings.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Close deals efficiently by tailoring strategies to client needs and overcoming objections with clear communication of complex value propositions persuasively to diverse stakeholders/decision makers.
- Negotiate high-level SOW requirements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client requirements, solving problems proactively.
- Track sales performance metrics and report progress regularly to leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in closing deals and managing client relationships in a sales or business development role.
- Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and motivation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
- Results-oriented mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a proactive approach to collaboration.
