Job Description
Business Development Consultant driving Sales in Sportsbook for Russian-speaking markets. Identifying and acquiring new clients while collaborating with internal teams to boost growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new Sportsbook business partners and clients, focusing on Russian-speaking markets and emerging regions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and partners within the iGaming industry.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation, closure, and successful onboarding of new sportsbook clients.
- Conduct market research on Sportsbook trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Present tailored Sportsbook solutions, highlighting value propositions and competitive advantages in both Russian and English.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, marketing, and account management teams to develop strategic sales propositions.
- Attend virtual industry events and forums to represent the company and build your professional network.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records using CRM systems to manage your leads, contacts, and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English.
- 1–3 years of proven business development, sales, or client acquisition experience within Sportsbook, gaming, or a related tech sector.
- Thorough understanding of the online Sportsbook market (betting operators, player behaviour, regulations, trends).
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to thrive in a fully remote, dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Competence using CRM systems and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
