Job Description

Business Development Director responsible for engaging Enterprise level Transportation prospects. Driving new revenue through background screening solutions in a technology-first approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new revenue by engaging with Enterprise level Transportation prospects
  • Achieving assigned annual quota by driving new background screening revenue
  • Building and establishing a self-generated pipeline
  • Ascertaining NEW client relationships exclusively
  • Presenting, negotiating, and following through all new sales
  • Maintaining accurate records and client contact information within Salesforce.com

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree Required
  • Experienced with sales cycles longer than 6 months in length required
  • Proven over-target attainment against established quotas in prior positions
  • Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnerships
  • Consultative solution selling experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong motivational and presentation skills
  • Strong communications skills
