Job Description
Business Development Manager at Fresh Clinics focused on driving adoption of clinic services across Australia. Join a rapidly growing health-tech company providing support to nurses in clinical business management.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own pipeline, with a focus on small to mid-sized clinic partners.
- Meet and exceed acquisition targets (starting with 10 clinics per quarter, and scaling up), ensuring long-term value for both the clinic and Fresh.
- Communicate the full value of Fresh - from pricing and programs to compliance, support, and growth.
- Conduct discovery, manage objections, and close deals with clarity and care.
- Stay accountable through HubSpot, keeping your activity visible, measurable, and consistently optimised.
- Work closely with marketing, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clinics.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in outbound sales, business development, or account executive roles, ideally in SaaS, aesthetics, or health-related services.
- You’re comfortable with outreach at scale and bring structure to your sales process.
- You know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and navigate conversations with empathy and confidence.
- You use tools like HubSpot to stay on top of your pipeline and keep things moving.
- You stay focused and optimistic in a fast-moving environment where results matter.
- You’re eager to grow, open to feedback, and looking to progress into senior roles in time.
