Job Description

Business Development Manager expanding biometrics services at SGS in clinical research. Leading growth by identifying opportunities and building partnerships in Life Sciences sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Be a connector by actively networking in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and building key partnerships.
  • Close deals by negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate internally to align client needs with our service offerings and support cross-functional opportunities.
  • Champion our CRM by maintaining and developing our customer database to fuel future growth.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or business development within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Solid understanding of clinical research, CRO operations, and biometrics (data management and/or biostatistics).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
