Job Description
Business Development Manager driving growth across Global and Regional Key Accounts in the food ingredients sector. Leading customer strategies and cross-functional teams to deliver market-ready solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable growth across Global and Regional Key Accounts within the Inclusions portfolio
- Shape and execute account strategies that connect customer needs with product and category growth
- Act as the technical and commercial authority for complex, high‑value customer projects
- Commercialize new innovations, identifying white spaces and unlocking new opportunities
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design winning, customer‑centric solutions
- Support and enable regional sales teams in executing the Inclusions business strategy
- Build strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders across regions and functions
- Influence go/no‑go decisions by balancing feasibility, resources, and commercial impact
Requirements:
- Strong technical and commercial expertise in food ingredients or specialty products
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management
- Ability to switch seamlessly between technical, marketing, and commercial perspectives
- Solid analytical and financial acumen, with a data‑driven mindset
- Comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities in a matrix organization
- Natural collaborator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Results‑oriented, proactive, and energized by turning opportunities into outcomes
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Fluency in both English and German is required
