Job Description

Business Development Manager responsible for developing partnerships in iGaming remotely. Own the business development cycle and contribute to growth in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow partnerships with iGaming operators, aggregators, and platform providers
  • Own the full business development cycle
  • Help shape and develop the company’s iGaming business direction together with leadership
  • Identify new market opportunities, regions, and partnership models
  • Negotiate commercial terms including revenue share structures and partnership agreements
  • Work closely with production, delivery, and leadership teams to align business opportunities with execution capabilities
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships within the iGaming industry
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong proven experience in Business Development within iGaming
  • Strong understanding of the B2B provider/operator ecosystem
  • Existing network within the iGaming industry
  • Experience negotiating commercial partnership agreements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a growing direction with evolving processes
  • Ability to work independently and own partnerships end-to-end
  • English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
