Job Description

Business Development Manager responsible for market growth at Advantage Parts Solutions, promoting automotive products and services to dealerships and repair shops. Engaging with stakeholders and cultivating strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Drive market growth by promoting products and services to wholesale auto dealerships and repair shops
  • Identify new opportunities and establish strategic partnerships
  • Deliver exceptional service and ongoing support face-to-face
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Drive market growth through cold calling, networking, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospects
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Strong ability to build and sustain high-level business relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of successfully closing deals
  • Experience in the automotive parts industry is preferred
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems
