Job Description
Business Development Manager responsible for strategic planning and revenue growth in adhesive solutions within Australia. Engage in solution selling and build relationships with key stakeholders across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for canister & aerosol adhesives
- Meet or exceed revenue and profit targets
- Identify and qualify new business leads
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Work closely with Supply Chain for demand planning
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Negotiate commercial contracts
- Manage pricing strategies
- Provide sales and technical support for Account Managers
- Participate in New Product Development and trainings
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the sprayable solvent adhesives space
- Solution selling skills with technical know-how
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans
- Proficiency in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Contract negotiations experience
- An understanding of market growth and strategy development
- Effective communication skills across multiple levels in organizations
