Job Description
Business Development Manager growing Stallard Kane’s UK Health & Safety, HR and Compliance services. Building stakeholder relationships, winning policy sales and delivering regional income targets.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Stallard Kane’s Health & Safety, HR and Compliance services to regional stakeholders
- Achieve annual financial growth targets contributing to the company budget
- Support and develop existing relationships to retain revenue and increase policy sales
- Prospect for new relationships and policy sales
- Manage and handle queries professionally and efficiently
- Attend industry exhibitions, dinners and corporate events anywhere in the UK as required
- Collaborate with colleagues as part of a team
- Monitor industry issues and activity affecting customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience of developing business within the Health & Safety market
- Full driving licence and not restricted from driving
- Strong technical understanding of the HR/Health & Safety markets
- Experience of delivering income targets
- Experience supporting proposition development for products, services and/or client servicing propositions
- Confident public speaker
- Excellent presentation skills with an engaging style
- Confidence presenting to audiences of different sizes
- Relevant employment checks required before commencement, including recent employment, address, credit history and standard criminal record check
