Job Description
Business Development professional expanding Distribusion’s Philippine ground-transportation marketplace. Building operator partnerships, cross-selling transport technology, and analyzing partner performance remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop Distribusion’s global network of airport bus, rail, and public transport operators
- Support the full scope of partnerships, including ongoing support, contract understanding, and product scope
- Support cross-selling products and services to transport operators, including White Labels, BI tools, and Mobile Booking Solutions
- Use data analysis to understand partner performance and identify opportunities within the global retail network
- Collaborate with tech, product, retail, and finance teams on integration, ramp-up, and ongoing operations
- Report directly to the Director of Global Markets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business development experience
- Experience at a high-growth company is ideal
- Experience in a technology/software company, travel agency, transportation, or logistics industry is an advantage but not required
- Strong interest in sales and partner management
- Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
- Strong networking mentality and ability to build sustainable relationships
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- International exposure at university level or in a high-performance job
- Driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on in shaping the future of ground transportation travel
- Ownership and responsibility for your problem space
