Job Description
Business Development Manager driving new business in designated sales territory for Novalink Solutions. Focused on revenue growth through client relationships and strategic proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build upon existing annual revenue in designated sales territory
- Bring new business to new and existing clients
- Exceed sales revenue quotas through prospecting and developing relationships
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions
- Develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in business development
- Experience with consultative selling
- Self-motivated individual
- Prior recruitment background is a plus
