Job Description

Business Development Manager driving new business in designated sales territory for Novalink Solutions. Focused on revenue growth through client relationships and strategic proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build upon existing annual revenue in designated sales territory
  • Bring new business to new and existing clients
  • Exceed sales revenue quotas through prospecting and developing relationships
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions
  • Develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business development
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Prior recruitment background is a plus
