Job Description

Business Development Manager responsible for managing and growing federal government contract vehicles. Collaborating with capture managers and proposal leads to drive business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple contract vehicles, maintaining compliance and performance standards
  • POC for the administration and management of task orders under our contract vehicles
  • Monitoring GWAC/IDIQ portals for new task order releases, RFIs, and amendments
  • Responding to market research with a coordinated effort across company stakeholders
  • Conducting research requests to assist in capture efforts during bid assessment
  • Supporting task order responses with capture managers, proposal leads, and contracts
  • Managing monthly reports for active task orders as required
  • Analyzing target customer sectors aligned with our growth strategy and BD priorities
  • Conducting business intelligence and market analysis pertaining to our contract vehicles
  • Automating repetitive workflows to increase efficiency in the task order lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in government contracting or a similar industry
  • Experience with federal GWAC and IDIQ contract vehicles
  • Proficient in using standard IT equipment and software such as Microsoft Office 365 tool suite
  • Internet savvy with the ability to conduct research and analysis using AI
  • Active DOD Secret clearance
  • A desire to learn new skills, be proactive in supporting the business development team, and work collaboratively across the organization to meet company growth goals
