Job Description

Business Development Representative role at Coverflex, focusing on the Italian market to drive sales and revenue. Open doors for AEs and create high-quality customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly fuel sales pipeline and revenue growth as one of the first BDRs dedicated to the Italian market
  • Open doors, create conversations, and ensure Account Executives spend time on high-quality, well-qualified meetings
  • Build a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
  • Book qualified meetings for AEs
  • Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian (C2 / native) and fluent English
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Iterative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve
  • Outcome-focused: 'good enough' beats perfect, impact beats process
  • Comfortable handling objections and pushback
  • Solid CRM usage habits (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Exposure to tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs
  • SMB outbound sales experience
