Job Description
Business Development Representative role at Coverflex, focusing on the Italian market to drive sales and revenue. Open doors for AEs and create high-quality customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Directly fuel sales pipeline and revenue growth as one of the first BDRs dedicated to the Italian market
- Open doors, create conversations, and ensure Account Executives spend time on high-quality, well-qualified meetings
- Build a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
- Book qualified meetings for AEs
- Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian (C2 / native) and fluent English
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Iterative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve
- Outcome-focused: 'good enough' beats perfect, impact beats process
- Comfortable handling objections and pushback
- Solid CRM usage habits (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Exposure to tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs
- SMB outbound sales experience
