Job Description

Junior BDR fueling Coverflex’s Italian outbound pipeline for compensation benefits. Booking qualified meetings and supporting sales growth through high-volume prospecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Fuel Coverflex’s outbound pipeline for the Italian market
  • Open doors and create conversations with prospective customers
  • Book high-quality, qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Conduct high-volume, phone-based prospecting and cold calls
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and complete handovers
  • Adapt outreach based on results through fast feedback loops
  • Track outbound activities, meetings booked, qualified meetings, influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Provide CRM data quality and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with Account Executive, Marketing, and Growth teams
  • Participate in weekly training, roleplay calls, and ongoing 1:1s

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian (C2 / native) and fluent English
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Iterative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve
  • Outcome-focused
  • Resilience when handling rejection
  • Ability to find new ways when the obvious path is blocked
  • Nice-to-have: solid CRM usage habits; HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Nice-to-have: exposure to tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs
  • Nice-to-have: SMB outbound sales experience
  • Nice-to-have: benefits market knowledge
