Job Description
Business Development Manager launching SyncVR Medical’s XR healthcare platform in Texas. Building hospital partnerships, closing complex healthcare deals, and shaping US market growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale SyncVR Medical in the United States, starting in Houston, Texas
- Identify, approach, and close partnerships with hospital systems, IDNs, and strategic partners
- Focus initially on pediatrics and the Texas Medical Center ecosystem
- Lead outbound business development across Houston and broader Texas
- Manage the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing
- Navigate multi-stakeholder hospital sales processes and drive deals to completion
- Position SyncVR Medical’s XR platform as a clinical and financial value driver
- Build business cases and executive-level proposals
- Contribute to hiring plans, sales structure, and go-to-market strategy
- Help scale the US market with potential progression into Head of Sales / VP USA
Requirements:
- 5–10 years in medical sales (HealthTech or Medical Devices)
- Strong track record in closing new business and building pipeline from scratch
- Solid understanding of US hospital procurement and decision-making
- Existing network in Texas, especially the Texas Medical Center, is a plus
- Comfortable operating without structure, taking ownership, and building a market from the ground up
- Able to engage C-level stakeholders while actively driving outbound and deal execution
- Motivated to build, scale, and take on future leadership responsibilities
- Based in Texas, preferably Houston
