Job Description

Business Development Representative supporting customer engagement and building a sales pipeline for potential customers. Engaging prospects through cold calls and lead research in a fully remote structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a major role in enriching, engaging, and qualifying potential customers
  • Act as the first point of contact for many prospects
  • Help build a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team
  • Build a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
  • Book qualified meetings for AEs
  • Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover

Requirements:

  • Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily
  • Able to conduct exploratory lead research and turn leads into opportunities
  • Not afraid of hearing “no” and sees it as part of the process
  • Data-driven and interested in scalable marketing processes
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and beyond a narrow scope
  • Iterative and curious mindset
  • Go-getter and self-driven attitude
  • Outcome-focused approach: good enough over perfect
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
