Job Description
Business Development Representative supporting customer engagement and building a sales pipeline for potential customers. Engaging prospects through cold calls and lead research in a fully remote structure.
Responsibilities:
- Play a major role in enriching, engaging, and qualifying potential customers
- Act as the first point of contact for many prospects
- Help build a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team
- Build a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
- Book qualified meetings for AEs
- Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover
Requirements:
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily
- Able to conduct exploratory lead research and turn leads into opportunities
- Not afraid of hearing “no” and sees it as part of the process
- Data-driven and interested in scalable marketing processes
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and beyond a narrow scope
- Iterative and curious mindset
- Go-getter and self-driven attitude
- Outcome-focused approach: good enough over perfect
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
