Job Description

Business Development Representative turning high-value sales opportunities into solutions for logistics clients. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams remotely to enhance company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create high-value qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting
  • Lead discovery calls and email campaigns to qualify interest and build rapport with potential partners
  • Act as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales to facilitate cross-functional teamwork
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Transporeon’s product offerings to help prospects solve complex logistics challenges

Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in English (C1/C2)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
  • Excellent negotiation and active listening skills
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and excel
  • Prior experience or knowledge within the Logistics, Supply Chain or SaaS industry (bonus)
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (bonus)
