Job Description
Business Development Representative turning high-value sales opportunities into solutions for logistics clients. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams remotely to enhance company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and create high-value qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting
- Lead discovery calls and email campaigns to qualify interest and build rapport with potential partners
- Act as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales to facilitate cross-functional teamwork
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Transporeon’s product offerings to help prospects solve complex logistics challenges
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in English (C1/C2)
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
- Excellent negotiation and active listening skills
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and excel
- Prior experience or knowledge within the Logistics, Supply Chain or SaaS industry (bonus)
- Proficiency in additional European languages (bonus)
