Job Description

Sales Specialist for IT Services pursuing leads and building partnerships in various industries. Focused on strategic outreach and customer relationship management through innovative sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research companies that fit our "Ideal Customer Profile."
  • Execute cold calling, personalized LinkedIn messaging, and strategic email campaigns to book discovery meetings.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their technical pain points and determine if the organization is the right fit.
  • Maintain a clean and active CRM to ensure that no leads fall through the cracks.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and help close deals.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, lead generation, or outbound telesales (Experience in the IT/Tech sector is a major plus).
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't afraid of the word "no."
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Social Selling Savvy: Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outreach tools.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable using CRMs and sales engagement platforms (like Outreach, Apollo, or Gong).
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
