Job Description
Business Development Representative accelerating Donna's growth by connecting AI solutions with sales teams. Identify opportunities to drive revenue and build a strong outbound sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts across multiple industries using an account-based approach - including account profiling, understanding org structures, and mapping key stakeholders - to drive Donna’s outbound pipeline.
- Run multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events…) using AI tools to scale efforts, while infusing your own creativity, strategic thinking, and personal touch to break into complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Set up qualified discovery calls by uncovering prospect pain points across different decision-makers and influencers, and clearly mapping them to Donna’s value.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM hygiene in HubSpot (with Donna and other AI tools to automate the boring parts 🙋♀️), ensuring all stakeholder interactions and account developments are tracked.
- Continuously refine outbound experiments, sequences, and messaging based on data and learnings from priority accounts - embracing an experiment-driven mindset.
- Represent Donna at events, conferences, and customer sessions to spark initial conversations with potential stakeholders, create top-of-funnel interest, and surface new opportunities within target accounts.
Requirements:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or SDR/BDR roles (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
- Love meeting new people: you’re energised by conversations, curious by nature, and not afraid of cold outreach/calling.
- Strong communication skills: crisp writing, clear speaking, and the ability to tailor messages to different personas.
- Organised and proactive: able to manage pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Data-driven: familiar with outreach & AI prospecting tools (Lemlist, Apollo, Phantombuster, Lovable, Clay…), intent data, enrichment tools, and CRM best practices, in order to boost productivity and scale personalisation.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Have experience (or strong interest) in AI, SaaS, or sales tech
