Job Description

Business Development Representative prospecting target accounts at leading digital marketing agency. Building relationships and exceeding outreach quotas remotely while collaborating with sales leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the top of the funnel — build pipeline by prospecting into target accounts and generating high-quality meetings
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting quotas — consistent outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels
  • Hunt using every tool at your disposal (ZoomInfo, SalesNav, Hunter.io, HeyReach, etc.) to uncover the right contacts and break into accounts
  • Take our scripts and frameworks, make them your own, and deliver them with confidence — your phone game will separate you from the pack
  • Build relationships with prospects by delivering value from the first touch and keeping them engaged throughout the buying journey
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives and leadership to align on strategy, messaging, and tactics that win
  • Embrace coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement — not just to get better, but to become the best
  • Log and track everything with precision in HubSpot so the team has a clear view of pipeline health and activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of SaaS selling or BDR experience, consistently crushing quota in a high-velocity outbound environment
  • A hunter’s mentality — you know how to prospect, chase, and open doors that others can’t
  • Comfortable and confident using the modern sales stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, HeyReach, G-Suite (and whatever else it takes to get the meeting)
  • Absolute beast on the phones — you can take a proven script, make it your own, and master it until it feels effortless
  • Relentless mindset — you hate losing more than you like winning, and “average” isn’t in your vocabulary
  • Skilled in writing sharp, highly personalized emails that break through the noise and spark real conversations
  • Strong communicator across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video — you can adapt your tone and style depending on the channel and the prospect
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage a heavy outbound pipeline while working remotely
  • Hungry to grow, move up, and take on bigger challenges inside a sales organization

Benefits:

  • 100% paid employer-paid benefits (health, dental, vision, and life insurance)
  • 401k match up to 6%
  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Meditation and Mental Health Days
  • Flexible Fridays from January to October (leave at 2:00 PM)
