Job Description
Business Development Representative responsible for building relationships with Fortune 500 executives. Collaborating with internal teams to increase sales and expand client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams (sales, product, c-suite, data science, engineering, and intelligence) to develop and implement sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with senior stakeholders at new enterprise clients
- Create compelling sales collateral to drive our value proposition
- Craft and execute effective outreach strategies, including compelling email campaigns and sales presentations to executive leadership
- Source new deals that drive value for clients, our partners, and Pendulum
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a BDR at a B2B cloud-based enterprise software company
- Have sourced deals for multiple Fortune 500 client accounts in a previous role
- Used your established network to build relationships with potential clients
- Proven track record of driving lead generation for AEs in previous roles
- Internalized our client's business challenges/asks and delivered the right solutions and recommendations
- Research and understand target audiences and build and deploy email, social, and calling campaigns to reach and convert those audiences
- Cold call prospects to discover and qualify sales opportunities to meet client goals and KPIs
- Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to deliver high-quality software sales presentations
- Mapping out organizational structures of Fortune 500 companies to identify prospective users.
- Honed exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for building relationships with executives and prospective clients
