Job Description
Business Development Specialist driving partnerships and collaboration with influencers at Credit Suite. Focused on affiliate and influencer strategies to support small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and activate influencers, affiliates, and partners aligned with small business, credit, or finance audiences
- Leverage existing relationships to deliver fast wins—and build new partnerships through targeted, strategic outreach
- Own the full lifecycle: outreach → relationship-building → onboarding → performance tracking
- Lead or join podcast conversations, virtual events, and co-branded campaigns that deepen engagement
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, sales, partnerships) to align messaging and optimize promotion
- Launch innovative affiliate campaigns that drive qualified leads and high conversion rates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development experience in affiliate/influencer partnerships (not general sales or account management)
- Established network in the business credit, fintech, entrepreneurial, or small business creator space
- Strong strategic mindset—you’re not waiting for scripts, you’re building the playbook
- Excellent communication skills—you’re confident on podcasts, Zooms, and DMs alike
- Self-starter who can manage a pipeline, hit goals, and operate independently
- Proficient in tools like Go Hi Level, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms
- Bonus: Experience working with SaaS, online services, or digital products for entrepreneurs
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year DOE
