Job Description

Business Development Support Manager at IDTechEx, identifying prospects and supporting accounts for technology-related services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new prospects
  • Support existing accounts
  • Represent IDTechEx at international events
  • Manage strategic relationships with senior executives
  • Match client needs to IDTechEx products and services
  • Maintain analyst, client and industry relationships
  • Attend meetings (virtually and in person)
  • Support company-wide activities and initiatives
  • Organize meetings and trips with multiple stakeholders
  • Accurately maintain and update the CRM database

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales and/or customer facing role
  • A person with initiative, results driven, highly self-motivated with ability to adapt quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal and IT skills
  • Able to travel (nationally and abroad, company pays)
