Job Description

Business Expert supporting xAI's mission through data annotation and leveraging sales expertise. Collaborating with teams to advance AI system capabilities and deliver impactful datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to creating datasets to advance Grok’s capabilities
  • Support xAI's mission through labeling and annotating data
  • Leverage expertise in sales strategy to train AI systems
  • Follow evolving instructions to deliver impactful data

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of practical sales or business development experience
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Chorus)
  • Strong judgment in evaluating complex sales scenarios
  • Ability to navigate sales resources such as RFP libraries, contract templates, win/loss analyses
  • Proficiency in reading and writing informal and professional English
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent reading comprehension and ability to exercise autonomous judgment
  • Passion for technological advancements and innovation in business.
