Job Description
Business Expert supporting xAI's mission through data annotation and leveraging sales expertise. Collaborating with teams to advance AI system capabilities and deliver impactful datasets.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to creating datasets to advance Grok’s capabilities
- Support xAI's mission through labeling and annotating data
- Leverage expertise in sales strategy to train AI systems
- Follow evolving instructions to deliver impactful data
Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical sales or business development experience
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Chorus)
- Strong judgment in evaluating complex sales scenarios
- Ability to navigate sales resources such as RFP libraries, contract templates, win/loss analyses
- Proficiency in reading and writing informal and professional English
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent reading comprehension and ability to exercise autonomous judgment
- Passion for technological advancements and innovation in business.
