Job Description
Senior Manager identifying and developing CVS Health healthcare and life sciences growth opportunities. Building business cases, partnerships, and innovative products from concept through execution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities supporting CVS Health's long-term growth strategy
- Monitor healthcare, life sciences, and adjacent market trends
- Develop strategic recommendations, financial analyses, business cases, and executive-level presentations
- Partner with internal business leaders and cross-functional teams on innovative growth initiatives
- Support incubation, piloting, and launch of new products, services, partnerships, and business models
- Build stakeholder relationships and influence without direct authority
- Collaborate with external organizations and strategic partners
- Drive multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and entrepreneurial thinking
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, innovation, consulting, product strategy, or related functions within healthcare, life sciences, health technology, managed care, or other complex regulated industries
- Experience developing analyses, business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to evaluate market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and potential investments
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and priorities
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed organizations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, initiative, and accountability
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
