Job Description
Campaign Manager supporting the optimization of marketing and commercial campaigns. Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to enhance outreach effectiveness across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign performance using existing dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Interpret data across channels (email, paid media, social, etc.) to identify performance drivers, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations for local market teams.
- Deliver post-campaign analyses, including performance evaluation, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional and local markets on campaign strategy and optimization.
- Proactively recommend improvements to segmentation, targeting, triggers, messaging, and channel mix based on data insights.
- Support markets in applying best practices and learnings across campaigns to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Coordinate segmentation, targeting, and trigger setup with relevant technical and data teams.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and BI developers to ensure analytical outputs support business decision-making.
- Align campaign insights and recommendations with regional commercial and marketing objectives.
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Document campaign workflows, segmentation logic, assets, KPIs, and performance results in a structured and reusable manner.
- Support standardization of campaign measurement and reporting approaches across markets.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to interpret marketing and campaign data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
- Solid understanding of marketing and commercial campaign mechanics (email, paid media, social, etc.).
- Comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics, even if not building them directly.
- Strong business acumen with a consultative mindset.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
- Confident in presenting insights, recommendations, and performance reviews to regional and local market teams.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional, multi-market, or regional environments.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation and performance tracking.
- Proactive, curious, and outcome-oriented mindset.
- Experience working alongside analytics, BI, or data science teams.
- Familiarity with campaign measurement frameworks, KPIs, and optimization methodologies.
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI or similar reporting platforms (user-level, not developer-level).
