Job Description

Paid Social Strategist developing advanced campaigns across social platforms like Meta and TikTok. Managing client relationships and optimizing performance through digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and optimize paid social campaigns
  • Lead client strategy calls and confidently present campaign performance
  • Manage and refine tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations
  • Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional digital strategies
  • Stay informed about platform updates and emerging ad tech
  • Guide 5–10 clients with thoughtful prioritization and clear communication
  • Create sharp, insightful reports that link campaign results to business goals
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the OpenMoves team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital media buying experience (agency or in-house)
  • Deep platform knowledge of Paid Social Platforms (Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Some experience with tracking setup, analytics platforms (GA4), and CRM integration (HubSpot) is required
  • Proven client leadership skills—you’re confident running a Zoom and owning the room
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bonus points for experienced communicators in SEO, CRO, creative, or web development collaboration.
