Job Description

Director of Paid Media leading media strategy and team performance at #paid. Empowering creators by connecting them with iconic brands through effective media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and evolve the vision for paid media with a focus on presale strategy
  • Lead the development of media strategies and narratives for campaigns
  • Act as the senior voice of media in client presentations and pitches
  • Oversee external agency partners to ensure quality and performance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of media professionals
  • Own the media department budget and partner with Finance for forecasting
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across major platforms

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or creator marketing
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Direct, hands-on experience across major paid social platforms
  • Deep understanding of media strategy, optimization, and performance drivers
  • Experience managing large media budgets and driving business outcomes
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level
  • Strong communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
