Job Description
Demand Generation Specialist executing multi-channel marketing campaigns at Iron Mountain. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and manage the buyer's journey.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the launch and management of multi-channel demand generation programs, including custom events, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Research high-priority accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile information to prepare them for strategic outreach.
- Create email templates, call scripts, and collateral for the sales team to use in following up on marketing-generated interest.
- Develop lead-nurturing email sequences and assist in developing landing pages or digital assets to support campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates) and provide reports to help optimize lead quality and marketing efficiency.
- Vet incoming leads and ensure qualified prospects are efficiently handed over to Sales with relevant background info.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
- 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships in B2B demand generation or sales development preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Strong writing skills are essential for creating persuasive emails and marketing copy.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and a curiosity for identifying trends in buyer behavior.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, and Operations.
