Job Description

Paid Media Manager optimizing multi-channel campaigns for a boutique data-driven agency. Requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and Paid Social, focusing on strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and YouTube
  • Execute daily hands-on campaign management
  • Monitor budgets, bids, targeting, creative performance, and conversion data
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Excel and analytics tools
  • Translate campaign performance into clear insights and client-ready agendas
  • Prepare and lead weekly client calls
  • Implement strategic recommendations following client discussions
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Direct platform experience in Google Ads and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, data manipulation)
  • Experience presenting performance updates to clients
  • Ability to think strategically about budget allocation and multi-channel performance
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Excited to be part of a small, growing team
