Job Description

Campaign Manager overseeing marketing campaigns for Scentbird, leading from concept to execution while managing stakeholders and project contributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaigns from idea through concepting to final execution, knowing how to manage key stakeholders and project contributors
  • Communicate project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Structure and lead various meetings including status and retrospectives
  • Develop supporting documentation for requirement specifications and best practices
  • Plan and maintain timelines and work schedules and resources required to reach project objectives while accounting for key dependencies
  • Maintain general understanding of company systems, processes, and products
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on best practices throughout the organization for key tools like Jira and Smartsheet
  • Develop standard operating best practices, templates repeatable process flows and actively work to identify areas of improvement and efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Proven work experience managing Digital Campaigns with solid technical background
  • Hands-on experience with project management software
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and collaboratively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
