Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual coaching sessions and career consultations
- Support participants with career-related questions
- Regularly lead online workshops and Q&A sessions on career development and job applications
- Professionally optimize application materials and teach strategic professional networking
- Support participants in positioning themselves in the job market and preparing for HR interviews
- Collaborate with the team to develop the online career course on the learning platform
- Continuously review cover letters, résumés, and LinkedIn profiles
- Organize Career Services processes such as Slack reminders, workshop scheduling, and online events
- Act as the liaison with Community Management within the Career & Community team
- Contribute relevant information to cross-functional team discussions
- Support the moderation and delivery of course events, from welcoming participants through to closing
- Contribute to a consistently positive experience for course participants
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in (tech) recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent management, or career services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a high degree of reliability
- Proactive, pragmatic approach to work and a willingness to take ownership
- Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for embracing new challenges and developing creative solutions
- High adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment
- Strong service and solution orientation, along with enthusiasm for education, career development, and working with people
- Native-level German
- English at C1 level
- Experience designing and delivering workshops is a plus
- Understanding of or experience in the IT/tech sector is a plus
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training tools is a plus
- Residence in Germany or Austria is preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 times per year to Berlin for team events and workshops is preferred
