Job Description
Property Manager indépendant développant un portefeuille de locations courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie. Gestion opérationnelle, optimisation des revenus et expérience voyageurs avec soutien d’un réseau national.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new properties for management
- Plan operations and manage service providers
- Oversee maintenance and quality standards
- Optimize occupancy rates and pricing
- Manage the guest experience from start to finish
- Gradually grow the portfolio of managed properties
- Manage the business through the ALB platform
- Delegate management of the property portfolio to the ALB network during periods of absence
- Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired, and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements:
- Able to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Entrepreneurial motivation and independence
- Desire to build a recurring income over the long term
- Self-employed status
