Job Description
City Manager indépendant développant le réseau français d’ALB Conciergerie, spécialiste de la gestion locative courte durée. Acquisition de biens, pilotage opérationnel et optimisation des revenus.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local network representative in Andernos-les-Bains and the surrounding area
- Develop the territory commercially by onboarding new properties for management
- Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Build and manage a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Entrepreneurial motivation and independence
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Independent contractor status
