Job Description
Manage and improve existing partner programs ensuring alignment with business goals at Akamai. Collaborate with teams to support technology partners worldwide through operational excellence and program success.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and improving existing partner programs, ensuring they meet business goals and partner needs.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Partner Account Executives, Business Development and leadership, to align program strategy with business priorities.
- Defining and executing change management plans, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and programs.
- Driving operational & reporting improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
- Providing external technology partners with monthly revenue and contract reporting.
- Liaising between internal and external technology partners to solve any questions related to revenue and contract reporting.
Requirements:
- Have 2+ years of experience in Program Management or Business Operations.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background.
- Possess analytical skills and experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
- Have experience working with Partner Programs and being responsible for partner related processes.
- Be familiar with partner ecosystems like ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplaces.
- Demonstrate experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Confluence, and Google Productivity Tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment while adapting fluidly and managing tense situations.
- Be adept working across diverse, global environments and in matrix organizations.
