Job Description
Chief Marketing Officer responsible for executing marketing strategies for Affiliate Takeover events. Driving ticket sales and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- The CMO will own and deliver marketing for Affiliate Takeover events end-to-end.
- Be accountable for ticket sales performance across all ATO events.
- Translate revenue targets into clear, actionable marketing plans.
- Actively manage ticket pacing and adjust strategy in real time to hit targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, paid, social, website, and partnerships.
- Track performance across all channels (ticket sales, CPA, conversions, engagement).
Requirements:
- Senior marketing leader with a strong hands-on execution background
- Proven experience driving revenue for events
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
- Strong commercial instincts
- Confident managing multiple contributors and deadlines
