Job Description
Client Relationship Manager I responsible for managing Corporate Trust client relationships and ensuring excellent service. Collaborating with business development staff and overseeing operations related to client delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent client service
- Drive product efficiency projects and lead business-related projects
- Collaborate with business development staff
- Oversee day to day operations and reporting delivery to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients
- Review and accept new client relationships based on account acceptance policies and procedures
- Provide quality service based on client needs
Requirements:
- 6+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
- May require up to 25% travel
