Job Description

Client Relationship Manager I responsible for managing Corporate Trust client relationships and ensuring excellent service. Collaborating with business development staff and overseeing operations related to client delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent client service
  • Drive product efficiency projects and lead business-related projects
  • Collaborate with business development staff
  • Oversee day to day operations and reporting delivery to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients
  • Review and accept new client relationships based on account acceptance policies and procedures
  • Provide quality service based on client needs

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
  • May require up to 25% travel
