Job Description
Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist supporting business growth through outbound calling for charity golf tournaments. Initiating conversations and booking meetings for the owner to close.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Cold Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to charity golf tournament directors, committee members, and event organizers
- Target approximately 30–50 calls per day, depending on hours worked
- Lead Research & Generation: Identify and research upcoming charity golf tournaments and related events
- Build contact lists using event flyers, websites, social media, and online sources
- Proactively source phone numbers and decision-maker information
- Meeting Setting & Qualification: Qualify prospects based on event fit, timing, and interest
- Book qualified meetings for the owner to present and close
- Execute consistent multi-touch follow-up with leads
- Objection Handling: Navigate gatekeepers and initial resistance confidently
- Address objections related to cost or competition by positioning the service as a revenue-generation opportunity
- CRM & Administrative Support: Log calls, notes, follow-ups, and meetings in Monday.com
- Maintain clean, organized records to support reporting and performance tracking
- Assist with basic data entry related to lead generation activities
Requirements:
- C1 English level is required
- Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Ability to independently research and build lead lists
- Experience using CRMs or task management tools (Monday.com preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Near-native English proficiency with clear pronunciation and strong listening comprehension
