Job Description
Corporate Outreach Specialist for a short-term rental company. Building partnerships with corporations for housing solutions in Kentucky.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic outbound outreach to corporations and HR professionals to introduce our housing solutions
- Set appointments with decision-makers to explore corporate partnership opportunities
- Develop and nurture professional relationships to drive corporate and extended-stay bookings
- Clearly communicate our value propositions (we will provide guidance and support)
- Ensure our properties are listed on designated booking platforms and maintain accurate, up-to-date availability calendars
- Assist with light marketing efforts, including newsletters and follow-up communications
- Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and partnership activity
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation, outbound business development, or corporate outreach
- Comfortable initiating professional conversations and building long-term business relationships
- Possesses a hospitality mindset and understands how to position service-based solutions to companies
- Organized and detail-oriented, particularly with managing listings and calendars across platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with corporate housing, short-term rentals, or hospitality is a plus.
