Job Description

Corporate Outreach Specialist for a short-term rental company. Building partnerships with corporations for housing solutions in Kentucky.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic outbound outreach to corporations and HR professionals to introduce our housing solutions
  • Set appointments with decision-makers to explore corporate partnership opportunities
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships to drive corporate and extended-stay bookings
  • Clearly communicate our value propositions (we will provide guidance and support)
  • Ensure our properties are listed on designated booking platforms and maintain accurate, up-to-date availability calendars
  • Assist with light marketing efforts, including newsletters and follow-up communications
  • Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and partnership activity

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation, outbound business development, or corporate outreach
  • Comfortable initiating professional conversations and building long-term business relationships
  • Possesses a hospitality mindset and understands how to position service-based solutions to companies
  • Organized and detail-oriented, particularly with managing listings and calendars across platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with corporate housing, short-term rentals, or hospitality is a plus.
