Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to small business owners in service-based industries.
- Introduce direct mail marketing/ad services and identify opportunities.
- Schedule qualified appointments based on agreed criteria.
- Confirm decision-maker authority before scheduling appointments.
- Capture detailed notes and maintain accurate records.
- Provide daily reporting on calls made and appointments booked.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in B2B outbound cold calling or prospecting.
- Strong English fluency with clear, neutral pronunciation suitable for U.S. business calls.
- Comfortable speaking with blue-collar and service-based business owners.
- Skilled in objection handling and conversational redirection.
- Resilient in high-rejection environments.
- Strong note-taking and CRM discipline.
- Open to ongoing feedback and script optimization.
