Job Description
SDR responsible for qualifying and scheduling meetings with legal clients in a growing company. Focus on volume and initial communication to generate qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Qualification and handling of inbound leads (receptive): receive, handle and qualify leads coming from marketing channels (paid traffic, website and other B2C channels).
- Conduct the initial contact and understand the potential client's initial needs.
- Qualify the lead and then schedule the first meeting or presentation call for the Legal Manager or the Originators team.
- Active Prospecting (Outbound): perform active outreach to lists of partner lawyers and potential clients provided by the company.
- Make the first contact (cold calling and cold emailing) from these lists, overcoming initial objections.
- Maintain organization and follow-up of leads within the pre-sales funnel.
- Work at the Porto Alegre office, integrating and interacting with lawyers, legal analysts and partners.
Requirements:
- High school diploma. (Preferred: university degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Law, or related fields).
- Previous experience: we are looking for professionals with proven experience that demonstrates discipline, resilience and a focus on high contact volume—essential to generate qualified appointments.
- In addition to basic experience in Prospecting or Sales, we value experience in high-cadence, high-operational-demand environments such as:
- Call Center (Outbound and Inbound): experience managing a high volume of calls, demonstrating resilience to rejection and the ability to follow qualification processes and scripts.
- Telesales / Telemarketing: ability to be persuasive and argumentative over the phone, focused on converting the contact into the next step (scheduling).
- Active Collections: developed high resilience and strong argumentative skills under pressure, capable of negotiating and bringing conversations to a specific outcome.
- Customer Service (SAC/Support): active listening and empathy skills to correctly qualify the lead's need before directing them to the Originator.
- Administrative functions focused on scheduling: demonstrates operational discipline, organization and familiarity with managing calendars and workflows.
